De esta manera se puede obtener un perfil completo de la persona evaluada, determinar sus puntos fuertes y d\u00e9biles y establecer un diagn\u00f3stico. A partir de aqu\u00ed, se confecciona un plan de intervenci\u00f3n especializado e individualizado para cada caso.<\/p><p><strong>El<\/strong> <strong>plan de tratamiento<\/strong> individualizado consiste principalmente en:<\/p><ol><li><strong> Sesiones neuropsicol\u00f3gicas especializadas<\/strong>: es el asesoramiento, el soporte y las herramientas que se le da directamente al ni\u00f1o o adolescente, para fomentar el autoconocimiento y avanzar en los aprendizajes acad\u00e9micos.<br \/><br \/>La intervenci\u00f3n terap\u00e9utica, en general, consiste en:<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Trabajo de los aprendizajes: lectura, escritura, c\u00e1lculo, etc.<\/li><li>Planificaci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n: agenda, horarios de estudio, carpeta y apuntes, entre otros.<\/li><li>T\u00e9cnicas y m\u00e9todos de estudio: prelectura, lectura, subrayado, resumen y esquema.<\/li><li>Preparaci\u00f3n de ex\u00e1menes.<\/li><li>Trabajo de la motivaci\u00f3n y la autoestima.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li>Si se observan <strong>dificultades en la gesti\u00f3n o<\/strong> <strong>problemas espec\u00edficos de conducta y\/o emocionales<\/strong> se trabaja:<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Pautas de manejo conductual (agresividad, impulsividad, falta de motivaci\u00f3n, etc.) y modificaci\u00f3n de conducta.<\/li><li>Trabajo de las habilidades sociales.<\/li><li>Apoyo y soporte emocional. <br \/><em>(Si detectamos un trastorno psicol\u00f3gico grave se derivar\u00e1 a la secci\u00f3n de psicolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica del centro para su evaluaci\u00f3n y tratamiento).<\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Coordinaci\u00f3n con centros escolares<\/strong>: consiste en el seguimiento y contacto peri\u00f3dico con escuelas, institutos y otros referentes (EAP, CDIAP, CSMIJ, Trabajo Social, etc.), para seguir la misma l\u00ednea de trabajo y ofrecer asesoramiento en herramientas de intervenci\u00f3n y en adaptaciones escolares.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Familia<\/strong>: ofrecemos asesoramiento, informaci\u00f3n y apoyo a las familias.<br \/><br \/>Los planes de intervenci\u00f3n pueden ser:<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Individuales:<\/strong>sesi\u00f3n donde se trabaja de forma individualizada y adaptada a la persona.<\/li><li><strong>Grupales:<\/strong>sesiones donde se trabaja en grupo (m\u00e1ximo 4 componentes, con caracter\u00edsticas cl\u00ednicas y edades similares).<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>La duraci\u00f3n del tratamiento es variable dependiendo de cada caso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Neuropsicologia Infantil La neuropsicolog\u00eda es la rama de la neurociencia que estudia las relaciones entre el cerebro, la conducta, las emociones y las funciones cognitivas.
